Undesirable relocating in Accrington???

Just saw this posted on Facebook, hope to goodness he doesn't locate to Accrington!!

These two articles from the blackpool gazzete explain how a 18 year old teenager Millar Mcleod (now Clayton-lee Taylor Randall) sexually assaulted a 15year old boy & a 27 year old cyclist. Millar Mcleod pleaded guilty to these charges and was given no prison sentance and walked free from court. He was added to the sex offenders register for 7 years & given a 6month suspended sentance for 2 years. Since this has happened he has changed his name to Clayton-Lee Taylor Randall and plans to move to Accrington.

Whilst the court case was pending he forged court & police documents, to fool people that his brother has commited these crimes and given his name. He still has these documents and when he is approached by people and they ask him what has happened, he explains his brother used his name, and shows the documents and people tend to believe him. THESE DOCUMENTS ARE 100% FALSE, as he was witnessed in court by a good friend of mine, pleading guilty to the charges.

Do not be fooled by this sick and twisted person. Who has been left to roam the streets all though being viewed as '"high risk" of re-offending' by the Youth offending team.

i would rather see a copy of teh news paper article than gossip on a facebook page of all places with nothing more than somones word that they saw him in court,if teh guy was so sure this man was teh correct man surely if he can start a facebook acount he can comprehend how to use a scanner and attatch the picture to his facebook account

this is why we shoudl have an official site ran by teh police or govenment body that lists all people on teh sex offenders list and not rely on gossip from someone who could well have a grudge against somone, for all we know the page could have been started by the pedophile himself to deflect interest away from himself

unless you personaly know teh person giving teh warnings but non teh less its dodgy ground to rely on facebook for facts

its about time the law stopped cowwering behind the human rights act and made these bastards names available on teh internet for all to see

i really really dont click on anything facebook related unless its somthing i really want to see like what picture some idiotic friend of mine has decided to put up from a night out

i still maintain though that there shoudl be an official site with names and addresses of sex offenders

Seems like a good idea.....except it won't work. Any pedo who is going to be named and located is simply going to disappear and then change their identity and move and then the cops won't have a clue where he or she is. in any case, most Pedo activity is within the family - the backstreet rapist, flasher and groper is a small minority amongst child abusers.

In fact, you are probably more likely to unwittingly encounter a pedo amongst the riff-raff who gather outside the back entrance of court houses to hurl abuse at the latest one of their number in the back of the police van who has just been sentenced.

the Blackpool Gazette link only states that a person called Miller McLeod was guilty of impersonating a Policeman and sexual assault... it says nothing about the offender walking around with false court documents claiming it was his brother... there are thousands of people on Facebook that have the same name and anyone can be accused of anything on Facebook.

I don't know why the police didn't sign him up as a recruit.

He showed a lot more initiative then your average plod, investigating a break in, or an attack, etc.
