You have only reported half of the story Accyman .. they are looking to ban in public parks and outside play areas too

Read a report recently that air pollution is responsible for more deaths than the alleged passive smoking.

If I am elected and can claim anything from HBC as expenses it will probably be the biggest achievement of my political career.

I'm wearing quite the wrong colour.....

Possibly, but let's look at things in detail.

If I get elected onto HBC I will be the bald upstart who dislodged a Tory councillor from Rishton - this will not go down well with a Conservative council leader.

On the other hand we have the foxy redhead, Hazel Blears, who is Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government that could potentially make a Conservative council leader very popular with voters over proposals for Pennine Lancashire.

Which one would you give money to if they asked?

You aren't trying to take Tealeaf's title from him, are you? I didn't realise you had to be hairless to be elected to the council.:)
