True, that's why we need proportional represntation. So all people actualy think their vote is important, and will make a difference in who sits in the Commons.

If this means extremist parties win seats, so be it.

Perhaps the main stream parties will then address the issues that mean people turn to the far right/left.

It all depends on what sort of Google Page Ranking you want....but even before we get to that, we need to sort out this postal vote nonsense. I heard today about a chip shop in Whitechapel which has suddenly got 35 Bengalis living above it, all on the electoral register with postal votes.

I'll stay up to about the 100th seat declared, probably about 2am which is when I'll run out of beer (Thwaites Bomber, if you must know...£1.42 a bottle at Wapping Waitrose).

I get Bomber for $1.95 at the local liquor store. And I'm drinking one now .... aahhh:D

No , wasn't having a laugh , we had them for a while , then it was decided there had to be a "hard copy" in case of a recount , kind of defeated the whole idea . :D

WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.....Thats about £1.20 a bottle (assuming 500ml). How come it's so cheap? Surely it costs that much just to ship it?

Aye, but they have taxes in Canada too. But then again they don't have Gordon Brown.

There are already challenges over the postal votes being rigged, in some particular areas.

Slips were colllected unsigned, and taken away to 'be filled in later', by helpful party workers.

Oldham was a case in point, on the news the other day.

Allegations have surfaced here in the past.

'The claims centre around Accrington’s Central ward, which Allah Dad held for the Conservatives against two other Asian candidates on a huge turnout of nearly 60 per cent.'
