Why has the count not started? Surely all the boxes should be in by now?

Because in some polling stations there was only 1 box with 2 elections so they had to split the votes and verify em before the count begins. Wont be long now theyre sealing the local election boxes so the count will eventually begin. I'l do my best to keep you informd.

Havent the foggiest. You'll have to ask the councillors that question. Probably the electoral officer though. Anyway theyve startd counting about 15 mins ago.
