Libel actions are no longer financed by legal aid so, unless the plaintiff has access to a bottomless pit of money, the action is likely to be a threat and no more.

if any damage is done to the playing fields money to repair it could be raised pretty quickly by issuing fixed penalty notices on the cars parked illegally when football matches and football training etc are on.It rivals blackburn road some days down Harvey street.

also i would have thought anyone with the slightest bit of business sense would negotiate some sort of rent fee for the land to help pay for clean up costs when they ask to set up in town

i think the funfairs that visit here are safer than blackpool pleasure beech.

funfair people have been doing it since childhood where as blackpool pleasure beech employ the first polish guy to come along with his own spanner :)

oh.. allegedly :D


funfairs also dont charge you for merely walking around the place and lets face it funfair waltzers are much better
