Not too sure there, he is out because the ECHR's and his legal council managed to get a bail hearing and some soft in the head judge said so.
Abu Qatada to be released within days - Telegraph Personally I have no idea why we should have Terror Laws that allow people to be locked up with out charge, just because we think you are a terrorist. We never did thr with the IRA. |
