The thing is I don't know C'mon from Adam, but I'm pretty sure I'd recognise him if I met him in the street, he'd be the one with a very bad limp, he's shot himself in the foot so many times. I'm sure he never really thinks anything out before falling over himself to post on here:rolleyes:

Now Cashy, don't be holding your breath while you wait.
That question is far to hard for him to get to grips with.

Perhaps if you were to put forward a solution, he could copy and paste it?

cmon, you don't even listen to your own attachment-there's no mention of a slow process and on the news tonight it said we can't send them home because they destroyed all their papers and passports when they got here so they can't prove who they are.
Also the Indian Government officials are not co-operating,looks like they don't want them back!

You may as well read this here before you read it in the national press or see it on the BBC.

Given the scale of London's problem - an estimated 450,000 kipping in sheds, under railway arches, in garages, etc, in the capital - Mayor Boris has agreed with a number of northern local authorities to share the burden. In return for 72 tickets for the Olympic 100 metres men's final (for councillors and partners), HBC will be taking 3,529 individuals to be dispersed throughout the borough. Many of these will be placed in allotment sheds (which goes towards explaining the rise in rents). All tenants will be expected to fully cooperate with the council and ensure their sub-tenants are well looked after with full consideration for their ethnic, cultural and religious needs. Most sheds will therefore have to be repositioned so that they point towards Mecca and be fully carpeted throughout (Axminster preferred). Naturally, no pigs will be allowed.

The formal announcement will be made this Friday, after HBC council prayers.

The problem with many of them is their own country's High Commission.

They aren't in any hurry to have them back.

Perhaps you should volunteer, and go and lend them a hand.

I can give you the address of a very nice shed in Streatham.
