Relaxed is my normal state of being.
I only experience stress when outside influences/undesirable persons encroach on my reclusive lifestyle.

I appreciate that for those of you unable or unwilling to live as I do, then some stress relieving practices are neccessary.

Ya Margaret but there's a reason why you live like you do, and I fully understand your reasons, but if you were in perfect health would you still live your reclusive lifestyle, although I've never met you, I have heard a lot, in fact picked a lot up from you about your earlier life and I don't think for a moment that you would be reclusive if your health was better

It is true that a reclusive lifestyle was forced on me by circumstance, but now I have found it I am more content than I have ever been, so I doubt that I would resume my former lifestyle.

It doesn't have that effect on everybody but it suits me.

I can see your point Margaret, but I doubt you would have taken up your present lifestyle, but for health problems. In someways we live a parallel type of existence, but I would swap it today for the freedom to go out and fend for myself, its not my idea of the way I wanted my life to peter out, but I suppose its each to his or her own
