Mitt Romney

He's the American people's only way of ousting Barack Obama from a second term as American president, and Mitt Romney is on a World Tour to present himself as a World Leader in waiting......

Its not going too well, though. The sabre rattling of his advisors in saying Israel would be fully justified in launching a unilateral nuclear strike on Iran didn't go down too well, so he quickly changed his stance to saying that Israel should retain the right to defend itself.

This after he insulted the United Kingdom by saying we couldn't organise a p*ss up in a brewery (or words to that effect).

Oh dear! Perhaps he'd better get back to the place he knows best, among sadly ignorant people who are taken in by his ultra naive views and think his dyed hair is a plus factor.

And lets all pray he doesn't get anywhere near the White House!

He's just another controlled Politician - well he's controlled by money - if they say the wrong things no bodies going to finance their campaign. So he has to say things that he thinks will please the backers - like this stance against Iran in support of Israel. That's why the Bushes got in twice - father and son - because they have big oil money backers.

Re: Mitt Romney

For some newly elected American presidents, there is a ritual of them visiting their ancestoral homeland. In Mitt's case, that would involve coming to Lancashire because his great great grandaddy Romney emigrated from the red rose county as a newly converted Mormon. I'm not exactly sure where - there seems to be some conflicting evidence - but being the thicko that Mitt is - my guess is Ossy. I wonder if he turns up the flies will still be there to greet him? What will he have to say then?

Was chatting to Eric about this guy funnily enough last night on FB - he said it would be a great step backwards for American women if he gets elected and suggested taking an M out of Mormon to see what he really is!;)

Talking of dogs.

Don't mind admitting had to look this guy up. 'Course I honed in on the story of him going on holiday and carried his dog on the roof of the car.

Think I am being kind in describing that as a little eccentric ?

I agree jaysay, he sounds like he could be our ticket to WW3. Or at least a major war in the Middle East.

Is he called "Mitt" cause he can't keep his Mitts off women - hence he's a step backward into chavanism! :D
