A bit of brick acid from Greengates might shift that?? It's nasty stuff (the brick acid and the grafitti) :D

What about Nitromors, if it is household paint that should shift it.Trouble is it might also shift the accumulated staining from atmospheric pollution too and you could end up with bright patches.

THE (PAINT)ON THE WALLS IS NOT PAINT BUT SPRAY ON SNOW IN WAS ALL OVER THE TOWN ON THE NIGHT THE XMAS LIGHTS WHERE SWITCH ON SOME STREET TRADER WAS SELLING THE STUFF TO KIDS CHEAP WHILE THE POLICE STOOD THERE AND WATCHED HOT WATER AND SOAP WILL GET IT OFF
