they contain cocaine!

I have to admit I am also an addict. But I am not on the level you are. I am a fussy addict. Thankfully carte noire is £5.00 for two jars at the moment. Finally after 15 years we are allowed to use the kettle at work(only at break) so I take a pint Cup and have two huge heaps of coffee and three heaps of sugar. Tate and Lyle. Quality sugar none of this Whitworth crap. :)

I drink Nescafe Espresso, it is on offer at the moment at £3 for a 100g jar so I bought 4 in Asda the other day. I have 2 heaped tea spoons in a small glass cup with 3/4 teaspoon of sugar, drink it black - have you seen where milk comes from?. Thats why my 7 or 8 cups yesterday is like 14 or 16 normal cups :D

We have one of those constantly hot boilers on the wall in the workshop at work. Takes 10 secs to make a brew on the way to the office to book jobs in or while doing bench work :D

Since I posted this thread

I have managed to convert to decaff ground coffee and no longer crave the caffeine coffee.
My 'frequent micturation' problem:o was solved for a while, until a prescription med caused it again :(
