It's not the film itself or which paper printed the pictures thats of any interest to me. The interesting thing is who gave this film to the Sun and why they did it. The Sun was probably chosen because it's the biggest selling daily newspaper in the country.

Yes, you are right Neil......any half decent paper would have given whoever was selling the film the flick....And also reported them to the authorities.

She may of only been a child at the time and unaware of the implications,that isn't the case for the others present though.
Although I'm anti-royal, I haven't any serious views against her for doing this salute,it was just a bit of fun for her well before Hitler shown his evil side, when most folk (even the royals) believed him to be a half decent chap :eek:

You're assuming the film was paid for by the Sun and not given to them for someone own purpose. I read that the Sun had the film for a while while they checked it's authenticity and with their legal people before printing the pictures.

this has Murdoch nasty work all over it . he wants to destroy Britain. this is why he has stitched up Gordon brown ed milliband and he knows Cameron and Gideon are already doing a good job.
