I think we all realise that it isn't going to happen.
As it has been observed, (some)current politicians look at those benches and see their hoped for future...and a very cushy future it is too.

I reckon out of the three, nuclear holocaust.

1/ Insurrection, Nah, I and the masses of ill educated just can't be bothered, (either to look up the word OR put power behind it).

3/ Alien invasion? Why would anyone intelligent enough to travel light years want the problems we would give them? Even our local M.P. gave up on that one and he thinks 95% of us are thick.

2/ Yeah, lets go for that one, we don't have to move a muscle and we can blame some damned foreigner for the cause of all our woes!
