I might have...but not for something so petty and easliy sorted.....and I think rather than Tsk...or tut...I might have sighed loudly to illustrate my displeasure...but I am far more likely to have vocalised what was in my head...even though it might be quite diplomatic. You do not need to be nasty to get a point across

One of my colleagues once told me that I could tell someone to 'go to Hell' in such a way that they would look forward to packing for the trip(that always made me smile)

Don't care who parks in front of ours as long as they don't park on flags or take up the space of 2 or 3 cars
