Guilty all those years ago! If he was innocent, he wouldn't have shelled out twenty odd million dollars in hush money to Jordy Chandler. If he was innocent, he should have spent that money protesting his innocence through the courts.

He's apparently planning a tour if he wins, because it's cost so much for his defence team.

Not voting, l don't know the facts, and it is quite serious whatever the outcome.

Like garinda says we don't really know all the facts so it's impossible to make a sound judgement.

If he is guilty I'd like to think he'll get a custodial sentence.

Well, the current prosecution case is making heavy weather of it...looks like these kids have made similar accusations before, and it is on their evidence that the prosecution case will stand or fall, irrespective of his past "form". My own belief is that he's guilty now and he was guilty then (when hush money was paid) and I'd like to see the scumbag locked up for 30 years in the toughest State Pennitentiary. However, I suspect that given the machinations of the Califonian legal system, the guy will strut from the court house a free man.

Honestly i think he is innocent. this boys mum has had a case where she tried to sue somebody thrown out of court before. i think he is just very childlike. even if he does walk free this will never be forgoten and just because of some money grabbing womem he was a great entertainer probably one of the best and this is the thing that should never be forgotten.

I dont know whether he has done it or wheter or not its just people out to make money and grab a moment of fame. If he is found guilty I can hardly see him getting banged up, and if he did I doubt it would be in the surroundings most inamtes find themselves in.

Though I think Michael Jackson is as mad as a hatter, a pervert i'm not all together convinced about. I think if he's found guilty throw the book at him, especially has he has used his fame to access and gain the trust of these children and many others! But in his defence if he was innocent the first time he may have payed the boy off, because, as we all know throw enough mud some sticks. But that has left him open to a second accusation and maybe all these people were hoping for was an extortionate pay off, that has concluded in a court case. I'm hoping whatever the final verdict it isn't money that talks it, truly reflects whether this crime was committed or not and that justice prevails on the innocent party, whoever that may be.

I tend to agree with Tinkerbelle on this one.

It would seem from the news that the boy has lied before under oath, and that the magazine that he was shown was published 6 months after they left Neverland.

I know the defence's job is to discredit the witness for the prosecution, but they are being rather successful at the moment, don't you think?

I too am unconvinced of his guilt. He is certainly guilty of naivety and perhaps even stupidity, but these are hardly offences one would expect to go to jail for.

I agree with Tinkerbell too. This is a man with serious problems, that's obvious, but I think he is utterly naive in his actions. I don't like him, in fact I can't look at him without feeling revulsion but that's concerned with his appearance. I can't help feeling that, if he were guilty of the actions he is charge with, he would have at least attempted to cover his tracks in some way. He never did. He assumed, as would a child, that the world would see what he did as perfectly normal, because he did.

I don't think we can pre-judge as we only know what the media has told us up to now. The courtroom is the proper place for evidence for and against him and the jury must be the final judge.

The really sad thing that this case brings out is............... Just how far "Modern" Society has moved away from such values as..........TRUTH, HONESTY and HONOR......

We will never know what the truth is, about this case or many other things in life because of the "WAY OF THE WORLD"....Sad days :(
