Along the lines of the young lady with the tattoo, a number of years ago there used to be a bloke that wandered round town and was always ready to fight anybody.
He was into do it yourself tattoos, he had 'love' on the knuckles of one hand and 'hat' on the other knuckles (it was said that he started off with 'hate' on that hand but had a finger bitten off in a fight). You may have seen in your travels people that decided to get '-----CUT HERE-----' put on their necks, well our DIY'ER decided that he was going to have that on his neck, went home one evening and appeared with it on his throat the following day, unfortunately for him he had done it in front of the mirror so when he next appeared he was sporting a very amateur tattoo with the phrase written BACKWARDS! I don't know how long it was before some-one was brave enough to tell him but none of us that afternoon were going to risk breaking the news to him.
