Isn't it amazing how you will not use something for years......yet the week after you ditch it.....you find you do need it after all.
I think my hoarding comes from my childhood when we had nothing........I am afraid that one day I will be in the same boat.
If ever I snuff it then my daughter is going to have some job on her hands.
I do start out with good intentions......honest.

Yeh mine stemmed from childhood i know my worst thing is emotional attachments which cause me to keep stuff n it can get rather pathetic like ole phone bills least now i dont have the attachment to it n couldnt understand why but at the time it meant something lol

I agree with you Entwisi, those speakers are big and very ugly but its the sound that matters, you must have a very understanding partner, I wouldn't have them in my lounge!
I'm quite good at de-cluttering now, I've recentley taken a load of my daughters first clothes/toys to the charity shop, and that was a real pull because I didn't want to part with them. I used to go through my clothes regular but I dont now due to wanting to wear something then realising I'd given it away.

I bet the sound is class i always thought old speakers were better cos they were solid not this plasticy stuff which can spoil n tinny the sound on vol...... i bet the floor shakes with every beat tho:)

Sorry, Buttonsmum is the other half, She only tends to lurk and I was looking over her shoulder to post the sizes.

They are really natural in sound. Base only goes down to 40 Hz so the bottom octave is missing but above that it is clean and controlled. The thing with them is that they are so accurate that they show up any imperfections in thee source so you need a good amp/source or they reproduce all the distortion as well. Still, I'm sat here listening to Katie Melua at the moment and it sounds like she's popped in to give me a personal concert.
