It really irritates me seeing drivers holding their phones, I loose count everyday of the drivers I see doing that, obviously the police never see, dont ever see names in the observer of drivers being caught.

Conversely, many pass their test but that doesn't make them good drivers. Passing the test means you meet certain MINIMUM standards to be alone in a car.

If I was a Police Car I would have caught loads of people by now!

I got cut up on a roundabout off the M25 by a female on a mobile phone. It was almost worth colliding with her to get her caught
