Couldn't make it up!
Next doors lobby (vestibule) has had a slight wiff of gas for the last 4 years. There are 2 guys outside digging the road up, generator chugging away at 1am sunday morning! Why the hell cant they do it at a reasonable time! 4 years for gods sake, why the urgency now. If somebody reported it today, fair play, but why not leave it till the morning. If it was that urgent why not turn up as soon as they reported it. No sleep tonight then. 2 happy gas men on triple time no doubt. No wonder the countries going to the dogs. Not happy. I continue with my morphing into Victor Meldrew!!!!

It will be down to the amount of money they (workmen) can get for doing it now. Seems that they have no sense of smell if its taken 4 years to realise it might be leaking. Chap em up later and demand compensation for the disruption.
