You'll find slut has one not two t's, which is more than you'd get on a tea tray in most Blackpool boarding houses.

Back on track, those nut's on A-b's creamy confections look yummy, unlike those two old walnuts floating in the bucket.

Hi A-B...Its a shame you can't do one about 30ft in diameter...it would look very nice on top of the coppice. As for a normal size one,though, is it possible you could send 'em through the post? I know alot of high value foodstuffs are home delivered these days....or maybe failing that, have you thought of taking orders on here?

Errrrm, while not wishing to blow my own trumpet, I must confess that I am the owner of my little slice of heaven. The cakes are just bread and butter stuff at the moment. The real fun will start this winter when we start experimenting with modernist desserts. We have three hotels champing at the bit for them now.....and they don't even know what they are going to look like yet.
