What gets me is why did he travel from Halifax, to that particular area of Blackburn, the cost in fuel alone would offset any profits he could have made. There a lot more to this than we are led to believe.

they have a very large area, which is suspicous. if i was a customer i would tell them mr chips was under cutting them
 as long as it doesnt end up like the ice cream wars did in glasgow

Latest news is that the Mr Whippy man was found lying on the floor of his van covered in rasberry ripple and a chocolate flake in his mouth... Police say that he topped himself.
