Incompitent LCC
About a fortnight ago I got a letter from LCC telling me that my Blue badge was set to run out on the 11th May, and enclosed the necessary forms for me to renew it, which I did and posted it off to them.
This morning the post came and I had two letters both the same size, only one was thicker tan the other, so I opened the thinner one first, twas exactly the same letter from LCC that I had had a couple of weeks ago  I opened the other one and it was my new Blue Badge and a new parking clock. seems the left hand doesn't know what the left hands doing at County Hall

actually jaysay everyone knows what both hands are doing
one is scratching their balls and teh other their arse thats why if you find yourself been dealt with by a woman you have at least half a chance
