Imran Pervez, 27, of Pendle Street, Accrington, has been charged with two counts of child abduction, rape, sexual assault and threats to kill.
He was due to appear in court yesterday (Thursday). A second man, Zaheer Khan, 24, of Clifton Street, Accrington, is accused of three counts of child abduction. He appeared before Blackburn magistrates on Wednesday and was remanded in custody. I was correct in my assumption. "you is beautifull innit. Come in my toyota for a drive innit." |

I used to live on Arncliffe Ave in the 60's early 70's, and it was a very peaceful Avenue.
Only in the 70's did it start to go down hill. As Lyn said Barden Road is at the end of Arncliffe Ave. I used to live at # 27. |

completely agree with those sentiments however as a parent I do find it a puzzle that a 12 year old is down Blackburn at mdnight not that in anyway gives the crime any defence. |
