 .. i was telling one of my neighbours about my bin loss & wow within 5 mins ive got my bin? back now got my house number on all sides & the top

As I have a unfenced lawn area and no other place to put it, passersby use my bin often.
I don't mind cartons and drinks cans in it but bags of dog poo really get me angry  I you are reading this PB - where is the red dog bin I asked for?
