A bit of an odd bod with way too much time on his hands. As for 13 years look at the bother he got into. Broken legs chased by a croc capsizing arrest as a possible spy and all for world citizenship boy has he got a problem. Best place to visit now for him would be a shrink. So do we give him a clap and a slap on the back or laugh at him? Personally I aint made my mind up yet. Saying that only a brit would be that mad.
