St Johns Church

St John's Church, Accrington Pals Chapel.
Most of the refurbishment has been done,
still some decorations to finish.
The opening service will be on Sunday 26th September at 4-30pm.
Nows a chance to see if your contributions to
the restoration appeal have been well spent.

Retlaw.

Re: St Johns Church

I'm really pleased that the Church is to re-open. There was some doubt when the Church shut, that this would happen.

It really is testament to the parishioners of St Johns Church who ran such an effective campaign to get the Church reopened.

Re: St Johns Church

This is also extremely interesting. Well done to "Margaret Haworth", must have taken ages to put these notes together.

Re: St Johns Church

Thanks Retlaw,
We wont be in Accrington until mid-October but will certainly visit the Church and Howarth Art Gallery especially if your exhibition is still on show
