Re: Televison

Like Groundforce, propery programmes were OK for the first couple of seasons but I am heartily sick and tired of them now. I think that reality television as a whole is a waste of time and effort, unless you enjoy watching freak shows. What happened to cutting edge drama and and hard-edged in-depth reporting of current affairs?

if you want some real, Reality Television how about putting politicians on their own in front of an audience?

Why will Blair not allow television debates with the leader of the opposition?

How many times are they going to repeat "Only Fools and Horses" before the nation rises up and stuffs the videotape down the BBC's throat! There are hundreds of comedy series that the BBC could use to fill scheduling gaps, yet it always seems to be either that one or Dads Army.

Re: Televison

Don't have a favourite tv show. I quite like Friends and I used to watch Sex and the City, but I don't really have a fave show. Some decent films and documentaries wouldn't go amiss.

Its gotta be Spooks.

Very very good programme.

Shame it's not back until next autumn.

Its also a shame that they've gotten rid of the three main characters

I could happily live without the box......although I did like Silent Witness and ER.
I loathe all the do it yourself programs and stuff like Cash in the attic etc..... what a waste of TV time!

My favourite tv is the one I am looking at right now.

OK, it's a monitor, but you get the drift!

I like travel documentaries, like Michael Palin's "Himalaya" series. The National Geographic Channel on Sky is well worth a watch. Anything to do with the great outdoors really.
