The problem with Moscow in the summer, is it snows!!
Here is a BBC story on a problem we have over here in Moscow.. I was amused by the lack of excuses and honesty... Can you imagine our council owning up to making a mistake??

 There are so many [poplars] in Moscow we just don't have the money to prune them  Gennady Zubkov, Moscow greenery department I like it!!
