Re: TV transmitters

Not sure if Mimi's is Winter Hill or Pendle Forrest - she's still on the old analogue aeriel in her room. When it goes off no doubt we'll get nagged at to get a sky extension.

Re: TV transmitters

I thought it was put back to 2007 or 8 now. Something due to teh number of people who haven't yet taken up digital TV from either Sky or Cable.

Re: TV transmitters

Well in that case they can't possibly get rid of analogue because chopping down the tres is not an option.

Re: TV transmitters

The houses next door but three to me only get Sky when there are no leaves on the trees. For teh summer they have to make do witha VERY crappy analog picture despite having massive aerials and amps and just about every other gadget known to man to try and get a decent signal. One of them actually asked his next door but one neighbour(who can get a signal if they could put a dish on his chimney and run a cable across to his house!
