okay ladies i rang up last night and asked for the nearest possible saturday night that included the show and the sit down meal, it is saturday the 25th of febuary. this then gives us plenty of time to organise day or night of work and plenty of time to put some pennies aside! i asked for a table for 25 women the deposit is £525.00 that is £21.00 per peson and £9.00 on the night. please note that travel is not included in that price and will arrange travel at a nearer date. if we want this night i need the £21.00 deposit off ladies as soon as possible preferably by next wednesday if possible i can then book it straight away. the first 25 ladies that give me the deposit the names will be put down on the list so unfortunatley it is first come first serve!!! :) from baby boo

seeing as it is also the last saturday of the month it could well be ladies out in Blackpool and men at the accy web meet in the stag!!!

Seeing as it clashes with an Accyweb meet could we make it 2 weeks later? It's my birthday the week after the 25th and I've already got plans for that Sat night.

Unfortunately this is exactly teh problem with trying to set a date for sometinh like this. It is almost impossible to suit everyone. Could you not set up a Poll wher the girls can slect their availability and then go with the majority.

That sounds good to me, but if we have to wait till March anyway, a couple of weeks longer wouldn't do any harm.

thats fine then but i need to know a date as soon as possible as i have to book it soon the dates go really quick.:) how about at the next meeting we organise a date there and then?? the ladies who come and want to go could possibly pay there deposit too?? :)
