Christmas do 2005

Oooops....I know this is a bit early, but has anyone any ideas WHEN to have the christmas do this year? Its just that I have a bit further to travel than most and I doubt if we're looking at saturday 24th December.

Possibly Friday 23rd.....maybe thursday 22nd? Probably the best date for most is Saturday 17th December, but I can't make it that weekend.

Maybe we could run this thread for a while & then narrow down to some dates for a poll.

Most accyweb do's seem to be on a saturday... thus stopping most accy fans from going if the teams playing away...

is it a crimbo dinner thing or just a night out? what about a sunday ...afternoon meal then out until ya drop :)

To be honest I like the idea of an early Jan do, not because I'm humbug about xmas its just such a busy time of year and so many do's going on. Early Jan would give so many more members a chance to make it!! Just an idea. As for a theme and location why don't you decide staggers, would you like a night away or would you like to perform your show in the stag???? ;)

Nice idea, however Tealeaf, Pendy etc will have had to go back to wherever and get back to work in January.

There's a poll going to be run very shortly on alternative dates, so if you have any ideas on this, then get 'em in now.
