The Oak Lea is on Whalley Rd (opposite the Grey Horse), It's just up from the hospital on the right hand side of the road.

Yeah, it USED to be the old "Marlbrough" club. It's now a pub though,

Just read the other thread on it AJ and I wish you and your girlfriend all the very best for the future there Ive run several pubs and its hard work but can be quite rewarding if you get right so good luck to you both,
and as i said Im hoping very much to make the xmas meet because ive not been to one of the official ones yet

Lots of residential/nursing homes on that strip of road Doug .. might take you in for the night .. :D

Nearest is Norwood .. down Whalley Road, clean, good food, luxurious, good company .. not cheap though . well did try for ya' x
