Just read through after voting no. Sounds like it'll be a really nice for all who can attend! I actually have looked into airfare and dates. Unfortunately would run ~$2,000 (not including drinks;) ). Without Willow or Spuggie attending, what out of the ordinary could possibly happen:rolleyes: !

Just kidding, can't imagine the entertainment provided free of charge (not including drinks;) ), by any of a number those who have already voted yes!

I'll be sure to have a nice, warm Samuel Adam's Boston Lager (or 2/3), and say a cheers to all me mates in Accrington. Now, do I need a carpet and have to bow down 5 times as I look West?:D

i know i'm thread wandering here but i was stood outside the oaklea yesterday talking to one of the girls who is starting work there (the one from essex) and i was in awe at how lovely it looks, me n tinks used to go in there a few years ago when it was the marlborough, what an improvement...good look on wednesday jay with the opening, hope it all goes well :D you've worked hard for it (or should i say the fit blokes working on the outside yesterday have) ;)

Okay, wanted to make this a surprise if it could of worked. I sent a PM to AccyJay but should of known he'd be awfully busy to respond or even if he'd be set up for it.

I was hoping to be able to buy a round for all Accywebbers at the Meet. Wasn't sure if Jay could use my credit card or what. If anyone knows a way to make it work on short notice (and NO chav and Rindy not to be used to stock your refrigerators:p ), please let me know.

Would of liked to have the round toasted to Accyweb at around 10 your time and I'd lift a lager over here. Just a sip though since I'll be playing Silent Night on me Harmonica at our church's Christmas Eve Service.

As usually meets are the last saturday of every month:confused: it would of made more sence & probably more people would of be able to attend [like me] rather than 24hrs before xmas:confused::(
