Richard's family owned the Observer. I think this will be one of the highlights of the society's year.

Jan 10th - talk about Tiffany Glass

Can I just mention to folk this will be a FAB talk. Doug Jackson must know more about Tiffany Glass and the Briggs family of Accrington than anyone else I know. He was a friend of Norman Potter, one time curator of Haworth Art Gallery and became interested in the history of the glass through his friendship with Mr Potter.
Well worth a trip to the library, even if its a horrible night!

I agree with Atarah. I've heard him speak before.It's in my diary - 'seeing Katex and Atarah tonight. Wear after-shave.Change socks.'

My, don't these girls scrub up well, although I'd of thought perfume would've been the better option. :)
