ok what calmes you down??? i have tried screaming into my pillow and punching a punch bag!! both i find are very usefull!! any other suggestions??

Usually a BEER or 6 calms me down. And sitting in a room on my own for 24 hours usually does the trick too.:o

Hmm just wondering if me ranting and raving on msn may have given you this idea??? So will read this thread with interest tonight, with my nice bottle of red preparing for war tomorrow :mad:

lol..you where one of the culprits!!! tee hee... i have had a few people manage to wind me up today...so i just wondered how to de-stress.

Quiet peaceful house when kids have gone to school. Just the absence of NOISE is calming.

Ciggerattes & Alchohol

Hot relaxing bath

A massage if only i could get one lol

Phoning a mate to rant with

Facing the situation & getting it over with

there quite a few things there LOL:)

Quite simply laughter! It doesn't matter how stressed I am, I always feel better after a good belly laughing session :)

few glasses of red wine which I did last night anyway and it worked.

Lying quietly encased in a loved ones arms! Mmmmmmm
