de-stress

ok what calmes you down??? i have tried screaming into my pillow and punching a punch bag!! both i find are very usefull!! any other suggestions??

Usually a BEER or 6 calms me down. And sitting in a room on my own for 24 hours usually does the trick too.

Hmm just wondering if me ranting and raving on msn may have given you this idea??? So will read this thread with interest tonight, with my nice bottle of red preparing for war tomorrow

Quiet peaceful house when kids have gone to school. Just the absence of NOISE is calming.

Hot relaxing bath

A massage if only i could get one lol

Phoning a mate to rant with

Facing the situation & getting it over with
