actually i'v travelled all over the world and lived among many cultures
however when in someone elses country i respect the customs and protocols of the people
and as for food as an ex chef i like nothing more than to sample local cuisine
some of which i may not like (however the snake, scorpion and sea horse were very nice in hong kong)

I'm sure you have a valid point somewhere in those little fingers spinner. Keep trying we'll meet you half way. What comments exactly do you disagree with? Are you Asian? We don't have a problem with Asians I know alot of Chinese people who live side by side with us and respect our country. Or do you mean Muslims? Muslim is a religion followed by many Saudis and Kuwait's that find it possible to live side by side in a Christian country :)

no just proving the point that i am not the uncultured ignorant lout that you seem to think i am and that i have been more than willing to integrate with other cultures especially when in their homelands as should (and i use the term very loosely) GUESTS in ours and as it happens no i travelled to gain research for my job and the fact that you accuse me of being food cosmo just proves that you hav'nt really payed any attention to the above conversation as i'm sure i mentioned that i was a chef and yes that does mean that i know more than a little about food

The British did not integrate in India and Iraq spinner (post #10) because they went in as INVADERS and not IMMIGRANTS.

However the Muslims are entering this country as INVADERS pretending to be IMMIGRANTS.

There are now some one and a half million Muslim ‘immigrants’ in this country in numerous ‘enclaves’ up and down the country. They have their own Muslim courts that currently only deal with civil problems but are looking at ways of using these courts for criminal offences.

The Muslim community is not integrating but slowly trying to take over and we are bending over backwards to let it happen. Ignore this infiltration at your peril.

i dont want to sound liek one of these paranoid racist kind but jambutty does have a point

they have their own law system which they are trying to make more powerfull

they have had their own banks and banking system for years seperate from ours

they have their own comunities

it could be seen as that they are setting up a skeleton economy and judicial system under our own

whats next ? their own military ?

like i said thats how it can LOOK to some people but when a group of people decide they wanyt their own rules and dont want to live by everyone elses its bound to cause problems

i would liek to add that its not all muslims that want their own laws etc as there are quite a lot of muslims in accrington alone who enjoy their weekends out boozing and living life the english way

ime christian but definatly not a practicing christian just like all people born muslims arnt practicing muslims , its the parents that decide our faith but its later on in life that we decide if we want to follow it or not

at the end of the day it is not a question of faith
the underlying problem is a total disrespect for the british way of life cultures customs and these people having a total disregard for our governmental and judicial system aided by the fatcat beauracrats who haven't got the guts to stand up for the majority who have had enough

I agree with Cashman,I lived abroad for many years and I had to integrate, so why is it such a big deal for people to integrate here,this is a Christian country,we let every Tom Dick and Harry come here,live by our rules and if you don't like it by all means go back to where you came from,its THAT simple,I am NOT being racist here btw,far from it,I was born and bred in Toxteth,which is probably one of the most diverse places in Britain,I hate being dictated to by the PC brigade,the more I see and hear their bile the more I think we should stand up for ourselves AS a nation and just say the words,GO HOME if you don't like our way of life

people know what this country is like before they get here so if they dont like the way we live and run things then they shouldnt come here

like it has been said before though the beneifts system is tooooo generous to imigrants if you go to usa of australia you have to be able to support yourself
