Dog looks like a beauty.

Would highly recommend you get her Chipped, £15.00 ish (ask vet when you go for jabs)

And Get her insured, Big dogs If they hurt themselves can get very expensive plus you would have Third Party Liability Cover Also.

Cheers Mr D she's an absolute beauty :)

Insurance is in place ;)

Going to enquire about chip when she goes for her injections. I'm just hoping I can make the vets a positive experience for her so she has no worries when she has to go in the future. My staffy hated the vets, it was a 4 man job if he had to go!

Glad to hear you have the insurance is it a full insurance policy or just the free one you get via the KC when you register (IIRC it lasts for 6 weeks)

Im sure you can get the ID Chip done at the same time as the jabs and a must.

Hope all goes well for you.

The free one with via the KC but she'll have a full policy before the 6 weeks is up. Any recommendations on a good company Mr D?

I totally agree with the chip, if for no other selfish reason than I would be devestated if she was stolen.

I missed this thread!

She looks absolutely adoreable Tinks.

When I worked in Gt Harwood the newsagent in Queen Street had a rottie and a poodle. If they were in the shop when we went in the rottie would run up stairs and peer at us over the top step. He was bossed about unmercilessly by the poodle. :D

She will need tons of excercise as she grows and I don't envy whoever takes her walkies :D - all that sleeping must be building her strength up for the future.;)

I use E&L - http://www.eandl.co.uk/insurance/pet

I find them cheap, but arnt the fastest at paying out should you have a claim.

Pet Plan I have been told are very good but a bit more pricey. - http://www.petplan.co.uk/insurance/n...WT.mc_ID=Yahoo

E&L offer a very cheap plan which is good is you wouldnt normally bother insuring you pet.
