Re: hedges

Do you guys really need a license to use a chain saw? Tell ya what Flashy, if you really want em down, I'll cut em when I come over. I would imagine you can rent chain saw eh?

What are the coppers gonna do, deport me?:p Heck, maybe I can make this trip more exciting by seeing how many rules I can break . . . I've gotta get pics of Tinks skanky neighbor, I could spit some chewing tobacco on the streets, let someones dog run wild, knock on some "no solicitor" doors, and, my favorite, put some of those bloody chavs in their place!:p (ya'll did say the prisons are nice right?)

Brian

flashy 21-03-2007 16:52

Re: hedges

cheers brian:D i dont think you can rent one without having a license though...i'm with you on the breaking rules thing though :D

LancYorkYankee 21-03-2007 17:07

Re: hedges

Alright then, I'll just have to smuggle mine in with my carry-on. Hmmm, do ya think they're banned? I know box cutters and nail clippers are but have yet to see 20 inch chain saws on the list! Maybe if I remove the chain?

Can you actually buy Hedges that have grown a couple of feet and plant them......I know they grow quick and I may have a little privacy by summer.

Re: hedges

Im off see you in a minute

shillelagh 21-03-2007 23:56

Re: hedges

Well more than a few minutes anyway .............

As you can see im back from the pub tired but sober

Anyway he says it depends on what kind of hedge - according to tinks its privet - and so he says then it depends on how big they are and how long theyve been in the ground. If they are big and theyve been in a long while then its not worth it but privet can be moved and that they can be cut back so then you can dig them out. He also wants to know how you managed to kill conifers off!!!!:D

Forget the beer Cherokee, I need to find the best place to buy the Blackpool Rock. Since paintball looks to be a bust, I guess I may try to get over there on early Saturday.

Now to get airline tickets . . . . I must stop this procrastination. I am glad flashy's offered to put me up for a couple a nights!;)

Probably to put them back up as they will be used as boundary fences marking the properties boundary and you must get planning permission to move them:D

Oops did I forgot to mention I have access to a chainsaw? I am sure all that sawing was good for you.

As far as your backside is concerned I would not have suggested that. I might have if there had only been 10, 15 is a bit much even for you :p
