"It takes two ba-ee-bee"

What type of simple jobs do you find difficult do you just on yer own ?

No, not lifting something heavy or anything. Like just now, my 'inside' black bin liner, which I stuff into a kitchen swing bin type receptacle got jammed. Now the quality of the bin liner left much to be desired .. kept ripping as I tried to pull it out. Really needed someone to hold down the bin, whilst I pulled out the bin liner and it's contents. Nowt for it but to empty nearly all the contents into a new black bag to get out ... grrrrh.

Like getting things up the loft, someone to hand up someone to receive.

Presume if no replies to this thread, then just me not being very imaginative. :(

Folding a king size sheet. That's much easier if there's someone to hold the other end for you. Also if you're measuring something like a wall or a window it's easier if there's someone else there to hold the other end of the tape.

LOL .. have an idea what sort of tangoin' you mean Margaret.

Fastening some bracelets .. never do it sometimes and have to wear another.
The common one of fastening the last button on the back of a dress, to say nothing of that little hook at the top !

Easy way round that katex - dont wear dresses!!!! :D

When you are mowing the grass and having to empty the grass box on it into a bin bag - you always empty half of it onto the lawn.

You see something you fancy for tea - and it only comes for 2 people and its one of those meals you cant split in two before cooking and you cant reheat it.

Theres loads isnt there when you think about it!!! :D

I have struggled to think, but now remember when I was fitting new doors on my kitchen cupboards. At the time I thought I just need someone to hold this door while I get 2 of the screws in. Solved it by wedging the doors in place with a pile of books on the worktop and floor. A bit of lateral thinking helps. I conclude that a man is only handy to have if you like ballroom dancing.

As someone posted earlier, folding wet sheets is a pain when you are by yourself.

Other than that, being self suficent is quite satisfying.:D

More likely because us men can manage and just get on with it.:D

Lost count the amount of times mrs has asked for help with something that is clearly a one person job.:D:D

Nah, you men always have a problem undoing the hooks at the back .... :D

Another one shortly to come up is, I will have to put up two new curtain rails, now OK screwing the holdings in, but as length is far beyond my arm spam, how am I going to get the rail clippped on without it bending wobbling about on the first few fastenings ?
