Yes it was sent to me and as I said before I thought Flashy had misunderstood something I had said in one of the threads. I only got in touch with Flashy to rectify what I thought was a misunderstanding. Turns out she hadn't sent me any so she got in contact with one of the mods. Now what I would like to know is what does FT stand for?

Eh?... I never mentioned you or anyone else in my post..........

If anyone really want's to know who sent good/neg karma then they can ask the mods to trace it...never done this myself but I know it has been done recently..so you see it's not really anonymous.

Well gosh! I'm glad I've led a sheltered life and therefore have no idea what else it could mean.
:D

Apart from defeating the object of sending anonymous karma ( a system I believe Roy prefers ? ) should the mods really tell people who sent them karma, good or bad ? If it's very offensive or threatening then maybe it needs dealing with but as a general rule should it not remain anonymous ? I bet also that nobody ever bothers to ask the mods who sent good karma, only negative will get questioned :)

Back in December I received negative for a guess I made on the What is it. Anonymous of course.............

Re: Just cost me 26 karma points

Now that's just plain silly. I don't mind getting bad karma if the reason is valid. I don't even mind it being anonymous. I don't always sign karma, mainly because I forget but surely the fact that it can be anonymous means it should stay anonymous. My only greivances are when someone gives a neg for a daft reason or some comment which doesn't make sense but mainly if someone signs karma with another person's name. I know Roy said he didn't object to anon and he thought the whole mystery thing was part of the fun, but deliberately goading someone and pretending to do it in the name of someone else is not fair or funny. I wouldn't have thought of FT as a signature though I'd have assumed it was an offensive insult.

I remember someone coming on here and slagging off the Stag - that resulted in them getting so much negative karma they were in minus figures because a lot of AccyWebbers were very fond of the Stag at the time and took it very much to heart. I've also seen stirrers suffering from a massive loss of karma and that's totally understandable if they are just posting in order to cause friction and offence.

But what were we talking about when this bit went off at a tangent and was moved here by the mods?

Less...my life was pretty sheltered too until i went into nursing and then I was called FT quite a few times.......I knew it wasn't a compliment because most times it was spat out at me....usually when asking people to leave the ward.

Ah well there you go then, problem solved. Now we know it's an insult.
