Cheers for that shaz...that means that the records are being held in more than one place then...not sure if the other places will cut up the previous year's bus pass to reuse the pic.

When I got them last year for the first time I had to provide 2 pics, 1 was put on the pass and the other kept on file!

Willow I completely agree with you on the uniform issue as it has cropped up many times, from what I can gather if an inspector gets on the bus and a child does not have this saver card but yet has paid half fare the driver can actually be disciplined..so maybe that is why they are being so strict about it.

I think the £2 is not unreasonable as it only really covers the cost of the pass and paperwork I presume

Then it's the inspectors who are being unreasonable.

I can understand it when it comes to pensioners half fares and bus passes because it's hard to tell with some people. They don't look old enough to be entitled to a pensioners pass. But a child in school uniform is obviously a school age child.

I can understand it if they have those prepaid passes or something that they need to show that to avoid paying for a ticket.

I have a disabled rail pass and all it has on it is my name, issued at , date valid to and number of the rail pass. No photo, birthdate, address. Any female could use this instead of me.
