I can post it again if you wish...I have it on my favourites and click many times each day...the only days I don't click are when I am away with Ma and have no computer access.

You can click as many times as you want...it all helps.
click...then hit the back button and you can click again...repeat as often as necessary...there are no nasty side effects to clicking....and you can't overdose on a click or two. :D

No, no Anne...sometimes concepts explained online can be difficult to grasp...until you have actually done it and then it makes sense.
