Yes, I miss these two too .. as they are two of the loveliest ladies you could care to meet, and their posts have always been full of common sense and kindness ... and informative on medical and banking matters .. :D

However, was very surprised they took umbrage at certain posts and deserted us .... didn't think in character somehow ... :confused:

Kate.........I didn't exactly take umbrage....but I DID take exception to a certain member implying that all of us were cheats.....and felt that rather than being delivered a ban by the mods, it would be best if I took some time out.....besides, at the time(about 6 weeks ago) there were some very acrimonious threads......Accyweb seemed to have lost it's sense of fun.
I always said when it stopped being fun, I would stop doing it.....so I did.

You can get peed off with accyweb, fed up, have a rest.. I had a year off.. i didnt intend to but when i was going to post after a short break...all i saw was racism and even swastikas as avatars (with lame excuses) ...well anyway that put me off for a long time. just couldnt be a part of that... but thats a personal decision...... no one should get upset or insulted because thats taking it too far IMHO.. its just a messageboard :)
