Try taking the rules as guidelines rather than trying to score points, If I was employed say as a photographer for a wedding, I would pass the copyright over to the person that paid me money to perform a service, rather than keep such a thing to myself, (it is after all their wedding), when people post on accyweb I'm sure they are more interested in people reading and 'enjoying', their contribution than having to worry about someone stealing it and using it elsewhere.

As I say the rules are meant to be a guideline, if we really have to go read and understand everything about the rules before posting then I'm afraid accyweb and other such sites are doomed, (doomed I tell ye!), perhaps you need to back off a little or if you don't like the rules...?
