A light sprinkling of sugar before putting it under the grill, caramalizes the top of the cheese, yummmm

I forgot to mention that my microwave is a combination microwave and does have a grill facility in it.......so technically I do grill it :rolleyes: :D :D

Well you asked "Am i Lazy" not stated "I am Lazy"...which is why you've got my two penny worth!....The use of a Microwave is often perceived as a Lazy form of cooking...and as you've got a combi which as you say "Technically" grills too, is why i said then "Technically" you are!!:D

You got it wrong Taggy, I never asked if I was lazy, that was Neil..........I just said that I do mine in the microwave because I do not have a cooker
