I've said previously that I don't drink tea, well that's not quite true, I drink it in hospital, somehow they always make a good cuppa on the wards, but the coffee is crap

I have never tried gorilla snot, but as you seemed to have sampled it, I will take your word for it:D

Canadians are not noted as a nation of tea drinkers; most of us prefer beer:D There is one Canadian tea which I really like: King Cole from New Brunswick, a really good orange pekoe, much better than the gorilla snot you have been drinking;)

i like the green tea with lemon especially left to go cold. i also drink decaffinated coffee & tea

Re. herbal teas , if you can find it try Pomegranate tea , seems to help me drop off and get a good nights sleep .

And to wake up in the morning, Celestial Seasonings makes a wonderful concoction called "Morning Thunder" .... expect way more caffeine and umph than in even a extra large four by four from Tim Hortons.:eek:
