The stronger the chlorine smell - the more wee there is.
That's the main reason for the chlorine - I believe it gets added automatically as the wee concentration increases.

I could never understand the 'no petting rule', when I was a child.

I could see the man, and the woman.

But where was the pet they'd brought in?
