Women are quite easy to buy for or should i say as well as easily pleased n grateful lol:D. I bought my man a book last yr n dont think it went down well despite it being about his team he didnt look impressed as the best exciting pressie i could get him was ....a book :( ...HELP!

Oh yeh....nowt worse lol my ex boss got us female workers for one xmas a bottle of toilet water:eek: .......that got recycled to charity....didnt dare smell it!!!! LOL:s_sick:

Got to be what my Granny bought me every year from being 14 untill I was old enough to get my point across........ Hi Karate:( in one of those plastic sealed see through things that no one can open or in the case of Hi Karate would want to open.

Pmsl i bet my dad still has his sealed full of dust in the back of a cabinet somewhere as to not to offend my cheap pressie buying tho i was about 12 or so at the time with my paper round money.... ooopps hope he's not reading this....lOL

Just look at the prices those old Avon aftershaves fetch these days. I mean the ones with the fancy shaped bottles.

Got to admit that my dad looked a bit befuddled a few years ago when I got him a book. It was like he didn't know what to do with it. I think some men are only used to reading tabloids on the toilet..:D

One of the best pressies I got was from shortstuff, she bought me a book about submarine-warfare, I was really pleased with it, she also got me a dvd about Churchill, they are both keeping my interest still & are a very welcome change from socks & underwear.

So the answer is simple - you have to know what the individual is likely to be interested in. Which leaves me in exactly the same position as regards my male relative as he doesn't really seem to be interested in anything!
