Well plucked!

Whilst mooching around odd sites I came across this reconstructed image of a fossil, showing a 120 million year old turkey.

It stood five feet tall, and the legs look particularly tasty, but the breast looks like it hasn't much meat on and may be a little dry.

I wonder what would have be a suitable prehistoric stuffing?
